Fourth Avenue Homes, Inc. is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsibleDirect Support Professionals (DSP's) to work in licensed group homes in the Willmar. At this home, candidates will be working with one adult male with physical disabilities that will need assistance with all daily ADL'S. The ideal candidate would be a certified CNA or someone with experience with higher level cares experience.

A DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc. The DSP must possess basic problem solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, be able to document accurately and legibly. The ability to pass a background study and a valid driver's license (unless working overnight shifts only) is required.

Job Type: Full or Part-time including sleep overnights. Pay is based per location. Perfect opportunity for college students and people looking for supplemental income.

Pay: $17-$19 per hour based on experience. Singing bonuses and referral bonuses available as well.
